L'Etoile Verte (the Green Star) was a restaurant that Charlie discovered and enjoyed in France a long time ago ~~ he has recreated it here!  It is wonderful food, served in an eclectic atmosphere by very attentive, caring people -- a winning combination! Enjoy! --- it doesn't get any better than this!
